The Osborn is well known for our warm, professional staff. Whether you are working with us on an inpatient after hospitalization for a surgery, stroke, or other medical issue, or as an outpatient to gain strength and flexibility following an injury, The Pasciuti Pavilion on our Rye campus is your choice for high quality, compassionate rehabilitative care.
Your recovery is guided by a customized care plan, developed by a professional, multi-disciplinary team. We help you understand how your body works best, giving you the tools you need to achieve your optimal physical health and minimize the need for hospital visits.
Our Speech Language Pathologist is certified in Lee Silverman Voice Therapy (LSVT LOUD®) for patients with Parkinson’s disease and those with general speech and swallowing issues. The Osborn also has certified LSVT BIG® therapists to help patients who have Parkinson’s or other mobility issues improve their fine and gross motor skills.

Short Term Rehabilitation
Whether you have had a hip or femur fracture, surgery, knee or hip replacement or even stroke, inpatient rehabilitation is crucial to your recovery.
At The Osborn, you will:

Outpatient Rehabilitation
Outpatient rehabilitation at The Osborn is the best of both worlds. Not only do you have the opportunity to stay in your own home following an illness or an injury, but you’ll also have direct access to the conveniently located Pasciuti Pavilion for all your rehab needs as you work to rebuild any strength and flexibility that may have been lost during your hospitalization. The bright, welcoming Rehabilitation Center at The Osborn Pavilion features the latest equipment to help you build strength and flexibility.
Here’s just some of what you can expect there:
- A Biodex Gait Trainer® treadmill and Unweighing System for walking with partial weight-bearing
- An Elite Cardiac Walker® for enhanced support with exercises soon after hospital discharge
- A Fluidotherapy machine to apply dry heat and massage
- A Full kitchen and bathroom to help patients gain skills for a successful return home
- Parallel bars, treadmills, balance boards
- A Pro Gym® for building fitness and strength

- A doctor’s prescription is needed; just say you want to go to The Osborn
- Adults 21 years and older are eligible for rehabilitation therapies.
- Conveniently located near the Boston Post Road, I-95, Metro-North and the Hutchinson River Parkway

- Open Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m.
