Like most other life plan communities, residents of The Osborn pay an upfront entrance fee upon move in, as well as an ongoing monthly fee. The price of the entrance fee and monthly fee is determined by the size and type of residence you choose, as well as the number of occupants.

At The Osborn, entrance fees start at $638,311 and monthly fees start at $5,467 for Sterling Park apartments and garden homes.

However, unlike most other life plan communities, our entrance fee is 100% refundable. That means you or your family will be able to use the entirety of your refundable entrance fee however you please – adding security for your legacy and a little extra peace of mind for you and whatever the future holds.
