Here at The Osborn, you or your loved one will be well cared for by the exceptional staff in the warm, homelike environment of our award-winning skilled nursing center, known on campus as The Pasciuti Pavilion.
Named one of New York’s top performing nursing homes by U.S. News & World Report, each of the private and fully furnished rooms in The Pasciuti Pavilion are organized into groups of seven, helping create a sense of neighborhood amongst residents and their guests. These spacious rooms come complete with TV and internet access.
Decorate as you like during your stay as well – pictures, mementos, and knick-knacks from your family are welcome to make it feel even more like home. And with around-the-clock visiting hours, family and friends can stop by whenever you’d like.
Our board-certified physicians, dieticians, registered nurses, nurse practitioners and therapists care for residents as if they were family members. And with First Docs on-site, we’re able to provide internal medicine expertise and access to specialized medical providers, as necessary.
We accept Medicare, qualified HMOs and/or private payment, with services charged per diem. The Pavilion is not a Medicaid provider. We offer direct admission with no entrance fee.

Caring for a loved one can take its toll on the physical and emotional well-being of a family caregiver. Experts agree that to properly care for someone else, it’s important that you stay healthy, too.
Unfortunately, most caregivers don’t take the time to properly take care of themselves.
That’s why The Osborn offers respite for family caregivers. Through our respite care program, loved ones can stay in the comfort and security of The Pasciuti Pavilion at The Osborn for a short stay, a minimum of one week. This respite can improve the physical and emotional well-being of a family caregiver and help decrease stress on relationships with friends and family. A little respite can help you recharge your life and be in a better place to care for those counting on you.
