Nationally Recognized Quality
The Osborn is accredited by The Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF), an international, non-profit organization whose designation is regarded as the highest mark of quality retirement communities. The Osborn earned this distinction by meeting or surpassing standards of excellence in three critical areas:
- Resident health and wellness, including activities and services
- Governance and administration
- Financial strength and strategic direction
The Osborn Pavilion is consistently named one of New York’s top performing nursing homes by U.S. News & World Report. Most recently in 2024, for overall skilled nursing and short-stay rehabilitation.
In addition, we earned an “A” rating from Fitch Ratings for financial strength, which is rare among retirement communities.
