Here at The Osborn, our award-winning memory care is provided at The Edward C. Pasciuti H.O.P.E. Center for Memory Care. Within The H.O.P.E. Center, residents live safe and socially engaging lives, giving family members and loved ones the peace of mind of knowing they are well-cared for and looked after.

Home Environment
The H.O.P.E. Center features 13 private rooms and baths, community kitchen, a great room with fireplace, entertainment center, creative arts center, and a bright and airy sunroom. Residents are able to choose their favorite activities, like listening to music, watching movies, and walking in the beautiful, secure garden.

A positive outlook allows us to focus on each person’s capabilities, likes, and accomplishments. We understand the importance of maximizing independence and building confidence to help our residents thrive and enjoy each and every day.

Staff members have a shared passion for enriching the lives of residents and their families. Our experienced caregivers are specially trained in Alzheimer’s and dementia care to ensure the highest quality of personalized care.
