Outpatient rehabilitation at The Osborn is the best of both worlds. You can stay in your own home following an illness or an injury, and visit the conveniently-located Pavilion for all your rehab needs as you build strength and flexibility to achieve your best activity levels.
The Osborn is known for its warm, professional staff. Whether you are working with us as an outpatient to gain strength and flexibility following an injury, or as an inpatient after hospitalization for surgery, stroke, or other medical issues, our experienced therapists provide specialized physical, occupational and speech therapies.
Our Speech Language Pathologist is certified in Lee Silverman Voice Therapy (LSVT LOUD®) for patients with Parkinson’s disease and those with general speech and swallowing issues. The Osborn also has certified LSVT BIG® therapists to help patients who have Parkinson’s or other mobility issues improve their fine and gross motor skills.
- A doctor’s prescription is needed; just say you want to go to The Osborn
- Adults, 21 years and older, are eligible for rehabilitation therapies.

- Open Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m.
