In addition to an entrance fee, residents of Sterling Park at The Osborn will pay a monthly fee which covers the monthly expenses of living in a community, including dining, amenities, activities, indoor and outdoor maintenance, security, utilities, housekeeping, transportation, and more. Entrance fees start at $638,311 and monthly maintenance changes begin at $5,467 and include a meal plan, amenities and full access to our programs and activities. The Osborn is not a provider of Affordable or Government Subsidized Senior Housing.
