Sometimes a helping hand can go a long way – for yourself, or for a loved one. And for the times you need it, The Osborn is here, offering one of the most respected Assisted Living programs in the industry - Grandview.
Conveniently located in Rye, NY, our Grandview Assisted Living residences help you maintain an independent lifestyle with the added security of support and assistance when you need it. That means less time spent struggling with daily activities and errands around the house, and more time spent doing the things you love with the people you love.
Unlike those who choose to live their senior years at home, you won’t have to worry about unpredictable living expenses because of bad weather, financial changes, or unforeseen health needs. Instead, your expenses are consolidated into one predictable monthly service fee which covers the cost of your apartment, ongoing assistance & care, three meals a day, and access to all the services and amenities available here at The Osborn.
There is no entrance fee for entering The Osborn’s Grandview Assisted Living Residences.
Routine health services are available to residents through First Docs, an internal medicine specialty practice on The Osborn campus.
For pain management and functional issues involving the spine, muscles, and joints, an on-site physiatrist from Sports, Pain and Regenerative Institute (SPRI) is available.
The Osborn also has a full-service rehabilitation facility located in the main building, allowing Grandview residents to have convenient, priority access to our Skilled Nursing Center should they ever require it – helping you and your family can sleep a little more comfortably knowing that higher levels of care are also available right here on campus, if needed.
For families seeking respite for their loved one when they need a break from their caregiver duties or if planning a trip, Grandview offers respite care on a short-term basis (as little as 30 days) and longer when necessary. This respite period can provide the needed oversight of your loved one while decreasing stress on family caregivers.
Grandview also offers a “Road to Recovery” program for those who may benefit from additional support services when being discharged from skilled nursing but who are not yet ready to return home. Both programs offer shorter-term solutions and peace of mind for families.
