The Osborn Pavilion in Rye has been recognized as a “Best Nursing Home” for 2021-22 by U.S. News & World Report and it is one of only two skilled nursing facilities in Westchester County to achieve the prestigious designation this year. The Best Nursing Homes finder features ratings on both long-term and short-term care. The Short-Term Rehabilitation rating is based on the U.S. News assessment of 10 quality measures, including staffing, medical outcomes, resident complaints, and processes of care.
The Long-Term Care rating is based on the U.S. News assessment of nine quality measures, including staffing, medical outcomes, resident complaints, and processes of care, such as vaccinations and appropriate use of some medications.
