The Osborn is a not-for-profit continuum of care retirement community for seniors who want to pursue the next chapter of life on their own terms. Our community has abundant resources to keep you fit, stimulate your intellect and expand your social network.
Founder Miriam Osborn’s dream was to ensure ongoing support and care for seniors, and she left a portion of her estate to carry out that vision. After her death, friend and attorney John Sterling, and renowned architect Bruce Price, designed and built the neo-Georgian style residence whose exterior remains nearly the same today. The first residents moved into The Osborn in April 1908.
Over the next century, The Osborn added large, modern independent living apartments, as well as The Pasciuti Pavilion, our highly rated skilled nursing facility, on-site rehabilitation and an award-winning memory care center. Today, we are proud to serve more than 400 residents across our continuum of care.
In 1996, we started Osborn Home Care to bring the same caliber of care into the homes of residents in Westchester County. In 2016, we expanded into Fairfield County, CT. Last year, we provided more than 600,000 hours of home care.
Our Mission:
To enrich the lives of those we serve in an inspiring, caring community while sustaining our commitment to excellence.
Our Vision:
The Osborn will always be unsurpassed as a great place to live, a great place to work and a great place for care.
