Staying Active & Engaged

The Osborn staff continues to create activities that help people stay connected during the time of social distancing. Residents are attending the weekly News & Views discussion in the shade, showing their style with a summer fashion show al fresco, playing bingo, and practicing their golf strokes - all while observing healthy protocols.

Is Now the Time for a Move?

If you have been considering a more carefree lifestyle with a move to a senior living community, you may find that the time is right. The real estate market is heating up for homes outside the city, and interest rates continue to be low.

Please join us for an online discussion Tuesday, July 21 at 1:00 pm via Zoom.

Guest speaker: Maureen Campbell, Premier Transitions, will join The Osborn’s VP of Sales, Christa Daniello to share tips on:

  • Current trends in the real estate market
  • Preparing your home for sale
  • Getting organized for downsizing
  • Planning your move

How Seniors Can Beat The Summer Heat!

July 1, 2020

Summertime is fun time. It’s a great season to be outdoors enjoying the sun, fresh air and comradery of others. However, when spending time outdoors in the summer months, one should be careful about not overheating – especially as we age.

The Osborn's Residents Association leads fundraising activities that directly benefits our employees, including employee professional development programs and academic achievement grants for college-bound students of staff members. If you are interested in ways to show your support of our professional caregivers, you can make a tax deductible gift online at TheOsborn.org/giving/online, contact us via email philanthropy@theosborn.org or call (914) 925-8372. Checks payable to The Osborn Foundation can be mailed to 101 Theall Road, Rye, NY 10580. (Tax ID#47-4600655).Thank you!
