Apartments
Sterling Park apartments are available in a number of spacious one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans, many with balconies and sliding glass doors. Buildings are four stories high with easy access to elevators, and all have heated underground parking.

Garden Homes
Sterling Park garden homes are designed for convenient one-level senior living with all the comforts and independence of a private home. Spacious, two-bedroom floor plans are available with attached garage and patio or deck, many including fireplaces, finished basements or other custom details. Plus, garden homes include The Osborn's full-service maintenance and groundskeeping as well as other services.

Residency Plans Offer Flexibility and Estate Protection

Entrance Fee Option
A one-time, 100% refundable entrance fee provides the apartment or garden home at The Osborn in the size and style you prefer. A monthly service fee covers virtually all your costs at our independent living community, including one meal per day (additional meals can be purchased), utilities, housekeeping, laundry and the full package of services and amenities. The entrance fee is fully refunded to you or your estate if you move within our continuum of care or leave The Osborn.

Rental Option
A monthly rental residency option is available for select apartments in our independent living community, including one meal per day (with an option to purchase more), as well as the services and amenities package.
